Study Period and Academic Schedule

The study period is as follows (minimum):

l 4 years for bachelor degree

l 2 years for master degree

l 3 years for doctoral degree

The academic school year consists of two five-month semesters:

l September to January (Fall Semester)

l February to June (Spring Semester)

The summer vacation usually lasts 6-8 weeks while the winter vacation lasts only 4 weeks, which normally follows the schedule of Chinese Lunar New Year.
